The Good Stuff

Because I refuse to leave the last negative entry sitting here for three days – a few positive things going on.

  • Hubsville has a few fun construction projects in the works if the municipal bonds go through.
  • Long weekend – need I say more!
  • Fireworks, friends, BBQ’s, and Bike Rides in addition to general good times are planned over the next 72 hours.
  • I’ve had the pleasure of eating sushi and drinking Kirin Ichibans for dinner the last two nights in a row. Now if I can only fend off the mercury poisoning.
  • And a couple of great tunes to get everyone in the spirit of things.

    Have a great Independance Day. As Chevy says: It’s a great holiday. It’s all about hot dogs and and beer and having fun. And you don’t have to go through any of that religious crap to get to the good stuff!

      it’s tough for me to enjoy the 4th because i spent my childhood in canada, and for obvious reasons, it’s not a holiday we celebrate. however, in the spirit of the summer of 2003 being my summer of fun and intoxication, i’ll be damned if i don’t sleep in, attend a bbq, eat yummy food, drink beer or such and see some fireworks tomorrow, just like any other american i know. happy 4th, hubs!
