Get some full-spectrum light bulbs (the effect is very similar to real sunlight)... you can usually find them with the other light bulbs, but they're a little more expensive. 2. Take a quick (I'm talking 10 minutes) walk in the morning to get some sunlight before you go to work. And it might help to go outside for a few minutes on your lunch break too. 3. Eat some green vegetables. 4. Go easy on yourself. It's ok to feel sh*tty sometimes. 5. Keep blogging!
