Yours In Waiting

I�ve missed you. You know you just mean sooooo much to me. And although it�s been hard being without you, I�ve been enjoying myself while I was away. I hope you have taken this time apart to think about what we had with each. And maybe, just maybe, each of has grown a little and hopefully discovered something about ourselves. We both needed the change. And I�m sure it�s not what you want to hear from me right now but I really want to give it another try. And I want you to know that I�ll be ready when you are.

A lot has happened. None of it is tremendously moving though. Christmas was nice, if a little bit unusual. Pandy and my Bro were gone to NO. It was weird at my moms house because I was the only one opening gifts. It felt more like my birthday than Christmas. Xmas eve was spent skiing with G�s family at Copper Mountain and the over to my Dads for an open house. I spent another �early Christmas� with my brother a couple of weeks ago in order to exchange gifts with him. Him and Pandy got me a large chunk of Moldavite (super rare and comes from outer space. How fucking cool is that!) Most of the weekend I spent lazing around and stuff. I watched Monster over the weekend, which I thought was pretty good. Charlize Theron did an incredible job. Lets see, what else. The cats are pissing all over the leather couch. This is bad news. Does anybody know how to keep cats from pissing on your furniture? I�ve got a few new little trinkets added to Hubsville. Over there on the right I have the current weather in Denver updated every hour on the hour. I also added a little thing so you can subscribe to the comments and find out what others have said via email. Well that�s my ten second update. I trust your holiday season is running�. shall we say� splendidly. Mwhahahahahaaaaaaaa.

Good god yall’ll. Wassa Shoobidy Doobidy. Woooo. Hoohaa. Jussa lil ole quick update ta letcha knows what’ve been upta.

I went to the office holiday party and Zengos. Oh my god that food is good. We needed a good tapas place in Denver.

Hung out with Leber at the old (red) haunt.

Sang Wings’ “Maybe I’m Amazed” on the Karaoke night at Shamrock. Two people actually left the bar because of my singing and one guy yelled out “Stay away from him!!!”. I shit you not. It made G cry, in a good way. I think it was in a good way.

Went to a holiday party at Side Effects (champagne and caviar can make me uncomfortable for several resons).

Moved my grandma out of the Alzheimer’s unit and into regular assisted living (great news!!)

Ate at Deluxe. It was absolutely scrum-dilly-icious but a bit pricey.

Spent an evening boozing it up at the Bannock Street Garage.

Worked my ass off till at least 7:00 every single fucking weeknight.
